Grow It Forward

2026 Expansion Fund (Goal: $20,000)

We are expanding Winnslie Parkway south toward Lawrence Avenue, creating new native plant gardens and a welcoming green entryway near the Ravenswood Metra Station.

Project Update – Spring 2026

Thanks to early supporters, the Expansion project has already secured $10,000 toward its $20,000 goal. Friends of Winnslie Parkway has also applied for a $10,000 ComEd Green Region Grant, with a decision expected in June. Additional donations will help ensure the project moves forward this year and will allow us to expand plantings and improvements if grant funding is awarded.
